It is the time of year that students should sign up for fall sports in the high school health office. Students will be given information about what they will need to receive the required medical clearance to participate in the sport of their choosing. This year students participating in sports will need to take the ImPACT concussion screening baseline screening since it has been 2 years since their last screening. A permission slip & information will be given to the students when they sign up & should be returned to the health office before the end of the school year. Parents, if you have any questions please call Mrs. Hebb @ 943-2300 x 2111.
Catskill CSD is Planning to Offer Evening Community Education Classes Funded by Questar We are looking for members of the Catskill community who would be interested in teaching classes in the Fall 2014. We would like to offer unique classes that interest and meet the needs of the community. If you have a suggestion for a class, let us know. All ideas are welcome! We are also considering offering a Medical Coding course for adults in the community in the district’s Distance Learning facilities. We also would like to know if you have any interest in taking this course in Catskill. If you have a special passion, interest or talent you would like to share with others please contact Pamela Mertz at pmertz@questar.org or 518-479-6869 for schedules and pay rates.
